Purchasing Guidelines 1. Product delivery time: We will try our best to meet the customer’s requirements. In case of any special requests that require early completion, our company can arrange special production and installation efforts to satisfy the customer’s needs. 2. Upon delivery of the product, our company provides the user with the following documents: ① Technical maintenance and repair manual; ② Installation diagram; ③ Instructions for purchased components along with information on their manufacturers; ④ A list of wear parts and spare parts, along with a certain quantity of such spare parts. (I) Technical specifications of the clamp-type quick-opening blind flange: 1. It features a safety self-locking function (self-locking of the blind flange, shock protection, prevention of loosening, and the ability to release pressure again when it is opened). This not only prevents the blind flange from loosening during locking but also avoids the risk of opening it while under pressure. 2. There is no relative rotation between the sealing ring and the sealing surface, so the sealing ring is less likely to get damaged, thereby providing better protection for the sealing system. 3. The three-lobed clamp ensures simultaneous action during locking, resulting in even force distribution; it also reduces the length of the screw used for opening, making the switch more flexible and reliable. 4. It also increases the force-bearing area of the teeth (with a fitting area of over 90%), making it more suitable for high-pressure, large-diameter natural gas pipelines. The main pressure-bearing components of the blind flange are manufactured as one piece from 20# or 16Mn forged steel, with no welded parts in the areas subject to pressure. (II) Method of opening and closing the three-plate clamp type quick-release blind flange: Opening process: (1) Open the vent valve and exhaust valve of the container in which the blind flange is installed to reduce the pressure inside the container to zero. Unscrew the safety interlock mechanism. (2) Use a wrench to rotate the screw, gradually increasing the inner diameter of the three-lobed locking ring; stop rotating the screw once the inner diameter of the locking ring exceeds the outer diameter of the blind flange cover. At this time, the locking ring is separated from the blind plate seat and cover. (3) Pull the handle by hand to open the blind flange.
