For newly manufactured equipment, the technical requirements are filled out in accordance with the “Technical Requirements for Chemical Engineering Equipment Drawings”. But how should the technical requirements for reused equipment be specified?
Fill in according to the new operating conditions for which this equipment will be used, and try to keep the design parameters within those of the old equipment; calculations must also pass approval.
What is the difference between technical requirements and new designs? What clauses need to be added?
Atmospheric pressure storage tanks with a capacity of one to two thousand cubic meters, used to hold flammable substances such as oil
Inspections such as thickness measurement and metallographic testing are required; the design of used equipment (primarily involving strength calculations) is based on the assumption that the thickness is guaranteed and the material quality has not deteriorated
