What are the heat treatment requirements for hydrogen lines?

For GB 9948 carbon steel pipelines with a wall thickness of 14, using hydrogen as the medium and at pressures above 4.0 MPa, is heat treatment required? Carbon steel with a standard thickness of 19 mm or more is subject to heat treatment, but are there any heat treatment requirements for carbon steel pipes that meet these conditions?
Normal new pipelines do not require heat treatment, but heat treatment to remove hydrogen is necessary if they are repaired or replaced!
