For the same steel pressure vessel (taking 14GR1MOR as an example for the material), how is it possible to calculate the highest operating temperature it can withstand at different temperatures?
The allowable stress of a material varies with temperature; the maximum permissible operating pressure can be determined by using the effective thickness; Alternatively, use SW6 or other strength calculation software to first determine the design temperature, and then gradually increase the design pressure until the strength requirement is just met.
The question is unclear; how can there be a maximum operating temperature at different temperatures? In fact, different temperatures correspond to different allowable pressures. If the highest operating temperature is to be determined, the maximum allowable pressure can be calculated; by then checking the temperature at which the material can still withstand that allowable stress, that temperature represents the highest operating temperature for the container

What was said on the 2nd floor is basically fine. In practical work, this method can only serve as a reference. Other factors also need to be considered for the final conclusion.
