Guys, are escalators and platforms needed outside the hydrogen reactor vessel?

I saw pictures online; the outer surface of the reactor is very smooth, and there are no ladders or platforms. So, do maintenance workers enter at the top of the tower?
The hydrogenation reactor body is installed within a frame.
Alternatively, the crane can lift it up directly. . .
The reactor is located within the frame; platforms, ladders, etc. cannot be welded to the outer wall of the equipment
In engineering, a steel structure framework is generally installed; once the equipment has been lifted into place, the entire structure is restored, and the structural platform is used for maintenance and inspection tasks.
