This marks the successful localization of the last piece of high-alloy material equipment used in ethylene production facilities. 　　These batch pyrolysis gas quench heat exchangers will be used in CNPC Dushanzi Petrochemical Company’s 1.2 million tons per year ethylene project in Tarim. With a total investment of 26.2 billion yuan, this project aims to become a benchmark project for green and low-carbon development, a leader in electrification, and a model for domestic production. The pyrolysis gas quench heat exchanger is the core equipment of this project, and its technical performance is directly related to the stability and economic efficiency of the pyrolysis unit. 　　Previously, the key components of domestic pyrolysis gas quenching heat exchanger equipment had to be imported for a long time, which severely restricted the development and operational efficiency of domestic enterprises. 　　As a professional manufacturer in the quenching equipment industry, Jiangguo Co., Ltd.’s R&D team remains committed to innovation. Through hundreds of tests and numerous days and nights of experimentation, they overcame various challenging issues related to the use of new materials, welding techniques, and non-destructive testing. As a result, they developed effective manufacturing and welding process parameters, achieving a 100% first-pass success rate for radiographic inspections of the welds in their pyrolysis gas quenching heat exchanger equipment. Ultimately, the products were delivered nearly 45 days ahead of schedule, fulfilling the requirements regarding quality, quantity, and deadline for the first batch of domestically produced equipment.
