Seeking help regarding issues covered in the steel pipe type test

The steel pipes purchased by our unit are of the S30408 φ325*8 specification; the test certificate for this pipe type is shown in the figure. May I ask whether this manufacturing company is capable of producing steel pipes of the φ325*8 specification? Thank you
The specifications should cover lower sizes; the specifications shown in the diagram allow for the production of seamless steel pipes with a diameter of Φ114*5.5 or less. This type test report cannot be applied to Φ325*8 steel pipes
