Dear teachers, the underground leak-proof tanks are leaking water; clean water cannot be pumped out, and one-third of the oil tanks are submerged in water. How should this be dealt with?
①The water level is below the bottom of the pond: Install submerged pipes and sewage channels outside the pond, change the method of drainage from outside the pond, demolish the existing pond, and build a new one. ②Keeping the water level above the bottom of the pool: Effective measures such as increasing the capacity for groundwater collection, adding external drainage pipes to the pool area, installing drainage pumps, constructing new collection channels, and building high walls are employed to prevent water seepage inside the pool and ensure its proper operation. -
