Recently, I came across a foreign drawing that required design in accordance with ASME standards; the design pressure was around ten kilograms. There were many such blind holes on the cylinder wall (I assume they served as weak points for pressure release after corrosion of the tank). I would like to ask whether national standards allow for such a practice? First time meeting.
