The Production Technology Department will periodically organize relevant departments and workshops to conduct inspections on the management of rotating standby vehicles. Penalties are imposed on workshops that perform poorly. 2. A fine of 200 yuan shall be imposed on the workshop responsible for any issues that arise with the equipment reserved for use, due to poor management of the rotation of such equipment ; If the Production Technology Department and relevant departments discover that gear turning is not carried out as required during inspections, a fine of 5 yuan will be imposed on the workshop where each rotating device is located. 3. Plants that are able to promptly eliminate potential system hazards identified during the turning-over process, thereby avoiding shutdowns or reduced production, will be commended and rewarded. Workshops that cause accidents or lead to system shutdowns or reduced operations due to failure to perform wheel turning (failing to detect problems with the equipment in a timely manner) will have their supervisory managers held accountable, and they will be fined between 100 and 500 yuan.
