On December 7, Zhanghua Machinery delivered four towers and one vessel, which are the core equipment for the ethylbenzene/styrene unit in the fine chemicals and raw materials project undertaken by the Shenyang branch of China Kunlun Engineering and Northern Huajin United Petrochemical, after completing their production. 　　The project was launched on June 18, 2024, and was completed and ready for shipment by November 30; the entire project duration was only five and a half months. Through reasonable deployment and meticulous planning, the Zhanghua Machine Project and production management team ensured the efficiency of overall project management. During the product manufacturing process, the technical department and the production team worked together to develop the optimal manufacturing approach. During the final assembly phase of the product, after the two towers were manufactured in segments, they were welded together in a horizontal position at all positions. The two units have a total of six horizontal butt-welded full-position closure welds. In the production workshop, the processes of aligning, inspecting, welding, grinding, and testing each weld, as well as welding the components surrounding the closure seams, are all completed within 48 hours, with all inspections and tests passing successfully on the first attempt. This reflects the requirement for progress control based on the principle of \"seizing every minute,\" and it ensures production progress through practical actions, thus meeting the delivery deadlines specified in the contract. The time taken to produce and deliver the equipment this time, from material input to completion and shipment, was only 90 days, once again setting a new record for the fastest manufacturing cycle for large-scale tower equipment by Zhanghua Machinery. 　　With the delivery of the core equipment for this ethylbenzene/styrene plant, Zhanghua Machinery received high praise from the general contractor and the project owner. The Ethylbenzene/Styrene Project Department of China Kunlun Engineering’s Shenyang branch presented a plaque inscribed with \"Shouldering heavy responsibilities and living up to the trust placed in us\" as a token of gratitude!
