Baike Energy has obtained a patent for a pipe-integrated containerized storage tank that increases the capacity of tanks within standard containers. On August 8, 2025, according to information from the Intellectual Property Office, Tianjin Baike Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. was granted a patent titled “Pipe-Integrated Containerized Storage Tank.” The patent number is CN223204123U, and the application was filed in October 2024. The patent abstract indicates that this utility model discloses a pipeline-integrated container-type storage tank, which includes a main component. A pipeline assembly is arranged within the main component and is fixedly connected to it; a valve assembly is provided on the pipeline assembly and is also fixedly connected to the main component. A storage tank is located within an outer frame, with the storage tank being fixedly attached to this frame. A top plate is present on the upper side of the outer frame, and it is fixedly connected to the frame. Side plates are located on both sides of the outer frame, and they are fixedly connected to it as well. An airtight door is installed on one side of the outer frame; a door panel is attached to this airtight door and is fixedly connected to the outer frame. A heat exchanger is located on one side of the storage tank, and it is fixedly connected to the outer frame. Additionally, a buffer tank is present on the same side as the storage tank, and it is also fixedly connected to the outer frame. By placing the heat exchanger and the buffer tank at the corners of the outer frame and optimizing the piping layout, the capacity of the storage tank within the standard container can be increased.
