Is it compliant with standards for the outlets of the safety valves on the shell side of the heat exchanger to be connected together via a single manifold?
It seems unreasonable, and the diameter of the main pipe should be increased.
The vent port of a safety valve requires back pressure; after it is connected to the main pipeline, other valves may act ahead of time when needed, causing the back pressure to increase. This in turn raises the operating pressure of the safety valve, posing a safety risk. 2. There are clear requirements regarding the disposal of the substances discharged by the safety valve, and such disposal must be carried out separately – doing otherwise is not allowed. 3. When using a common main pipeline, one requirement is that the compatibility of the substances being discharged must be considered, and another requirement is that the discharge area must not be smaller than the total discharge area of the valves in the pipeline
As a supplementary note, it appears that no drainage slope was provided during the installation of the collection pipe, nor was a liquid separation tank installed
The outlet of the safety valve leads to the main pipe, and that’s no problem. This main pipe seems to be the same diameter as the branch pipes.
For the discharge main, it is sufficient to consider a maximum discharge volume; based on operational condition analysis, different conditions are not combined.

It is necessary to consider whether the calculations regarding emissions are adequate; generally, the safety valves installed on containers take into account only the amount of gas that can be released from the container itself. Now, when multiple containers discharge gas through a single pipeline, if the safety valves activate simultaneously and gas needs to be released to relieve pressure, there is a high likelihood that this small pipeline will not be able to handle the volume of gas being released, leading to accidents.
If it is on a boiler, this is not allowed; the boiler inspection regulations require that there be a separate safety valve for separate venting
