What does this symbol mean in PID?

This is a screenshot of part of the plant’s cooling water system. What do A/G and U/G mean in the image? What does B above the arrow mean? Does A/G U/G indicate above-ground/underground pipelines, and does B refer to underground pipelines? This is my first post; I’m seeking help from those who are more experienced.
A line with such an arrow on a PID is usually some kind of boundary, either a material boundary or a zone boundary. This is the circulating water pipeline; it’s likely what you mean by buried.
