Recently, a dedicated exhibition area for the \"Joint Laboratory for Intelligent Monitoring and Self-Healing of Petrochemical Equipment,\" jointly established by Tianhua Research Institute of Chemical Machinery and Automation (hereinafter referred to as \"Tianhua Institute\") and Beijing University of Chemical Technology, was officially inaugurated in Lanzhou, Gansu. This exhibition area showcases a range of industry-leading technologies for the intelligent operation, maintenance, self-healing, and regulation of equipment, presenting the latest achievements and future development trends in the intelligent upgrading of petrochemical equipment. Through conceptual demonstrations, explanations of technical principles, and application examples, the exhibition area highlights a range of cutting-edge technologies such as collision prevention alerts for the stirring shafts in horizontal reactors, self-healing mechanisms for faults related to inadequate lubrication of gear pairs, and self-healing systems for misalignment issues in shafting systems. It also showcases visual system platforms that offer real-time monitoring, intelligent diagnosis, predictive maintenance, and basic self-healing capabilities. Through the dynamic data displays, digital twin interaction systems, and real-world case areas, visitors develop an understanding of intelligent equipment operation and maintenance, gaining a profound insight into the future landscape of such technologies.
