Do hydrophobic branch pipes belong to pressure pipelines?

For a steam pipeline where the design parameters of the main pipe meet the criteria for pressure pipelines, and where the drain branches are connected directly to the main pipe with a nominal diameter of less than DN50, does such a branch constitute a pressure pipeline?
Those smaller than DN50 do not fall under pressure pipelines
