The methanol synthesis reactor, a key piece of equipment in China’s first industrial demonstration project for the full-process production of methanol from carbon dioxide and green hydrogen using 100% domestically developed intellectual property rights and the concept of \"liquid sunlight,\" involves using renewable energy to produce hydrogen, which is then used to convert carbon dioxide into green methanol – a process aptly referred to as \"liquid sunlight.\" This project is the first industrial demonstration project in China that utilizes 100% domestically owned intellectual property rights for the entire process of converting carbon dioxide and green hydrogen into methanol using \"liquid sunlight\" technology. The key equipment of the project is the methanol synthesis reactor, which utilizes advanced catalytic technologies and process designs to enable a chemical reaction between green hydrogen and purified carbon dioxide within the reactor, thereby producing methanol. During the development process, the project team carried out a series of technical efforts to ensure the high-quality manufacturing of the equipment.
