Recently, the “Method for Preparing Polybutadiene” applied for by the Research Institute of Jinzhou Petrochemical Company was granted an invention patent. This is the company’s first major patent achievement in the field of liquid polybutadiene rubber, laying the foundation for it to establish a technologically advanced pilot production facility for liquid rubber in this high-end sector. 　　This technology utilizes a special catalytic system, and through innovative processes such as stepwise aging, prepolymer activation, and precise ratio control, it enables the orderly polymerization of small-molecule butadiene, allowing for the production of highly ordered liquid polybutadiene rubber products based on rare earth systems.
