Who knows how to calculate the flow area of a heat exchanger?
I don’t know; I’ll just wait for someone more knowledgeable to give advice
It is commonly referred to as the “circulation area””
I also downloaded this; it’s available in the appendix to GB151 as well. But what exactly does the effective chord length K, which refers to the length across the tube bundle, mean?
