If the horizontal level of the circulating water cooler is higher than that of the main circulating water pipe, is it necessary to install a high-point vent? Is it okay to omit it? Are there any design specifications?
There is no regulatory requirement, but it’s advisable to add it for better exhaust flow. There are means for exhaust, but it’s not necessary to use them.
