May I ask what the approximate temperature of the propane delivered by the propane transport vehicle is?
Why not give it a try? If it is a high-pressure vessel, then it is generally at approximately the ambient temperature. If it is a container with relatively low pressure, there must be insulation material and devices for temperature monitoring and alarm.
The supplier must provide a quality report
Propane should be a liquefied gas, without insulation.
It’s just at room temperature; no special requirements
