There is a water tank 2 meters underground, and a pipeline pump is used to transport water to a workshop located 200 meters away. The inlet pipe has a diameter of DN65, while the return pipe has a diameter of DN125. This system is used for cooling the equipment in the workshop (5 medium-frequency heating furnaces). The pipes near the equipment are cold, but the equipment itself does not cool down. The water returns to the tank at the end of the return pipe, where it is released into the open air; there is also normal water return, but still no cooling occurs. What could be the reason for this, and how can it be fixed?
What was the situation with the water pressure drop last time, the air release from the water system, and the heat exchange surfaces?

1. What is the water inlet pressure of the equipment? What is the return water pressure? 2. What is the inlet water temperature of the equipment? Return water temperature? 3. Is there air resistance inside the device? 4. Are the pipeline valves functioning properly and unobstructed? 5. Check whether the cooling equipment is clogged? 6. Do the pump’s flow rate and head meet the requirements? 7. Are the inlet and return water pipes up to standard?
