Are there any professional manufacturers that can produce heat exchangers of the type where the shell side is exposed to exhaust gas and the tube side contains water? The temperature of the water is 30 degrees, and it rises to 141 degrees after heat exchange. The flow rate of the exhaust gas is approximately 20,000 NM3/h; the temperature of the exhaust gas before heat exchange is 330 degrees, and it drops to 170 degrees after heat exchange. The main components of the exhaust gas are BD, SM, AN, along with small amounts of sulfur, iron, and silicon. This exhaust gas is corrosive. The reason for replacing it is that in the current TO system, the exhaust gas is used for combustion; once it enters the existing heat exchanger (referred to as ECO in the plant), the close arrangement of the heat exchange tubes causes some of the exhaust gas to stick to these tubes. Over time, dirt accumulates on the tubes, leading to blockages. As a result, the fans behind them cannot function properly, which reduces the amount of air drawn in and thus fails to meet the process requirements. Cleaning these units is complicated, so it is necessary to design heat exchangers that meet the process requirements while also being easy to clean.
