It's normal. It's originally an engineering calculation. It's normal not to reach 100%.
Is it because when a fluid with a vaporization fraction not equal to 1 flows through the heat exchanger, it is enough to import the physical property curves under two pressures into the HTRI?
Even if you didn't make this curve, HTRI shouldn't have caused the tragedy of heat imbalance.
I just encountered this problem, re-check the input, it may be that there are too many items entered according to the PFD, such as temperature and pressure flow, gas-liquid fraction, reduce one of them, and it may match.
You should have entered the flow rate, vaporization fraction or temperature, and heat load on the hot and cold sides, so there are three values. Choose the one that is more accurate.
Try deleting some unimportant parameters
