Vaporization rate of the reboiler

There is one question that I haven’t been able to figure out: why can’t the reboiler in a distillation tower vaporize all of the liquid, and why is there a vaporization rate? And can the top condenser condense the entire gas phase into a liquid phase? Thank you for the answer!
Simple answer: It has all vaporized; how can a liquid product be obtained from the bottom of the tower?
It’s not that complete vaporization is impossible; rather, the disadvantages of complete vaporization far outweigh the advantages, so there is no need to use it.

A distillation tower is designed to produce light components at the top and heavy components at the bottom; there is no need to vaporize all of the heavy components
Components need to be released from the bottom of the tower; how can this be done when everything is vaporized?
Is the vaporization rate related to complete vaporization or condensation?
Agreed; the purpose of distillation is to separate components. The light components are vaporized, while the heavy components are not intended to be vaporized. Heat and mass transfer occur between the tower plates, with the heavy components descending and being extracted from the bottom of the tower
