Flat cover end with flange

I would like to ask everyone: for a double-shell plate heat exchanger, where the outer shell plate is bolted to the tube box head, and the tube box head is of the flat cover type with flanges, how should the data be entered when performing strength calculations for this type of tube box head?
It’s not the standard type; it’s either analyzed and designed, or calculated by referring to some model. Regarding the reference model, my suggestion is to calculate the tube box head as a flat cover designed as a flange.
