What is the reason why the difference between the inlet and outlet temperatures of an evaporative cooler is not significant?

Our company provided the customer with an evaporative cooler, which was put into use in May of this year. The customer has reported that there is not much difference between the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature. However, this issue has not occurred with other products of the same design that we manufactured for this customer. Could you please tell me what might be causing this situation?
