Responsibilities of Equipment Technicians: Basic requirements: 1. Understand and master the structure, performance, purposes, main technical parameters of the equipment and devices in the assigned area, as well as the material requirements for their key components. 2. Understand the working principles of various types of equipment, the properties of the media used, the direction of media flow, as well as the areas prone to failure and the methods for troubleshooting them. 3. Understand the properties of the main process media and the emergency response methods. As well as the range of compatibility between medium properties and device materials. 4. Understand the process flow diagram and the flow of main process media. 5. Master the disassembly and assembly procedures of the equipment, be familiar with the relative positions of its various components as well as the required optimal assembly tolerances, and understand the structural dimensions and machining precision requirements of the main parts and components. 6. Master the usage, maintenance, upkeep, operating procedures, as well as inspection and repair protocols for various types of equipment. 7. Familiar with the management regulations for chemical engineering equipment and special equipment ; Strong skills in reading and creating drawings. Job Responsibilities ; 1. Responsible for the management of the use, maintenance, upkeep, and repair of on-site equipment. Guide employees on the proper use, maintenance, care, and repair of equipment. 2. Responsible for the registration and documentation of the equipment and devices under his/her responsibility (including the archiving of maintenance records). 3. Responsible for the surveying, measuring, registering of on-site equipment and components, as well as compiling documentation for equipment records. 4. Responsible for analyzing and assessing the safety and technical conditions of on-site equipment in terms of usage and operation, formulating maintenance plans as well as spare parts plans, and ensuring their implementation. 5. Responsible for assessing the scrapping of components on site and conducting inspections of new parts before use ; As well as the handling and follow-up work for waste and defective parts. And keep a record of it. 6. Responsible for the use, maintenance of on-site equipment, and providing guidance on operating procedures, to prevent any illegal or non-compliant operations ; Enable the equipment to operate safely, economically, and for a long period of time. 7. Responsible for guiding the inspection, maintenance, and repair of equipment, as well as conducting quality inspections and acceptance checks after repairs; also in charge of equipment testing and putting it into production use. 8. Participate in the investigation, analysis, and handling of equipment accidents, and ensure proper recording and documentation of such accidents. 9. Eliminate leaks and spills, maintain equipment cleanliness, and promote civilized production. 10. Strengthen inspections to understand the safety and technical conditions of the equipment and installations in the assigned area, promptly eliminate potential safety hazards, and ensure that the integrity rate of such equipment and installations remains above 95%.
