How to input gas-liquid-liquid phase properties in HTRI

If the property simulation shows a gas-liquid-liquid phase, such as water vapor, water, and oil, how should these properties be entered into HTRI? It seems that HTRI can only input one gas phase and one liquid phase.

I remember that when it comes to steam, you need to consider the type of steam; when saturated steam enters, it is definitely a mixture of vapor and liquid. If it comes out, what forms will definitely be water. The calculation data for heat exchangers can be imported from ASPEN. In ASPEN, the property parameters of the materials entering and leaving the cold side and hot side of the heat exchanger can be calculated. The heat exchanger can be calculated by oneself.
