A certain manufacturing standard specifies the following: the medium used in the heat exchanger belongs to the first group of media as defined in Appendix A1.1 of TSG R0004-2009; when expansion welding is used for the connections, an air leak test at 0.2 MPa must be conducted prior to the expansion welding process. After passing the inspection, the joint shall undergo 100% penetrant testing, with a grade of I being considered acceptable. Is there any standard that supports this requirement?
