Have you all seen similar devices?
I really haven’t seen it before; the device in the picture seems rather simple in design. It must be a heat-insulating enclosure. Although I’ve never seen it, I can imagine what it looks like. I’m not sure if this is correct, but low pressure means that the boiling point of water won’t be very high. When water vaporizes, the degree of superheating is significant, reaching 800–1000°C. Therefore, the material used needs to have high heat resistance, so stainless steel might be the appropriate choice? The pipeline stress will also be high; steam has a low specific heat, and I’m curious as to what the purpose is of using steam at such a high temperature
What is it for? The overall requirements are very high – what about the service life?

Isn’t it a bit difficult to use something other than a high-temperature heating medium? Steam generally makes use of its latent heat; its sensible heat is after all too small, so only a small amount of heat is utilized, but this is applicable in situations where high temperatures are required
