Is there a problem with the argon gas supply? ? ? Or is the purity of the argon insufficient? ? ? With such conventional welding materials, gas pores basically need to be traced back to the gas supply system
Due to the welding material issue, using 1.2 diameter solid wire works fine, but 1.0 diameter coiled wire doesn’t work; it’s not possible to find 1.0 diameter coiled wire in Tianjin. The welder has been modified by our unit; the distance from the tube sheet to the end of the heat exchange tube is over 70 mm. Manual welding cannot be completed.
