Baffle arrangement problem

When performing the process calculations for the graduation project, the structural aspects were not taken into account, which resulted in an incorrect gap in the last baffle. Removing one piece isn’t an option, and adding another piece is also not possible. Do any of you experienced professionals have any ways to fix this situation?
This post was last edited by HSLJHZ on 2020-5-11 at 10:36. Since it’s not possible to remove an inappropriate piece or add one, the only option is to change the distance between the two pipe connections, either increasing or decreasing it until it’s possible to add or remove one baffle.
Senior, I increased the size of the take over a bit. As a result, the distance between the baffle plates and the area where the take over is located is quite large. Is that okay?
The spacing is already a range; why can’t you add one and remove one at the same time? If you really don’t want to go ahead with it, then don’t arrange the baffles vertically; instead, arrange them horizontally.

Simply create an upward-facing pipe opening opposite the downward-facing one to serve as the material inlet, and convert the downward-facing pipe opening into a waste discharge outlet.
