The wide-channel plate heat exchanger is a product designed specifically for heat exchange applications involving various solids, crystals, fibers, pasty materials, and high-viscosity fluids. There are no metal contact points between the plates, and the S-shaped fluid channels ensure that the wide-gap channels remain smooth, allowing for smooth fluid flow without any blockages. Below, the editor will explain the methods for the daily maintenance of wide-channel plate heat exchangers: 1. Keep the equipment clean and its paint in good condition; the threaded parts of the clamping bolts should be coated with anti-rust oil and covered with protective sleeves to prevent rusting and the accumulation of dust. 2. It is necessary to open it for inspection regularly and remove dirt according to actual conditions. 3. When there are large particles in the material, they accumulate at the outer end of the inlet opening through which the material enters the plates, reducing the flow rate of the material into the heat exchanger and creating significant resistance. In such situations, a self-cleaning intelligent heat exchange system can be used to easily resolve the issue of material accumulation, thereby reducing or eliminating the need for disassembly and cleaning. 4. Check whether the pressure gauge and temperature gauge are sensitive and provide accurate readings, and ensure that there are no leaks in the valves and flanges. 5. Check whether the plates are damaged and whether the gaskets have shown signs of aging; replace them promptly if necessary. 6. When reassembling the heat exchanger, the plates and gaskets must remain clean; the plates should be arranged neatly and evenly, and assembled in accordance with the product assembly diagram. 7. When stopping the operation of wide-channel plate heat exchangers in winter, the fluid inside the heat exchange equipment should be drained to prevent the equipment from being damaged by freezing.
