As shown in the picture, I’ve been searching for this board style for a long time without success. Does anyone know where it is? I beg! ! !
Can’t the size be changed? If you want to replace it, just look for a similar model
I can only tell that it’s a plate heat exchanger; as for the specific model, I still need to learn from others!
Yes, the size cannot be changed; there are quite a few units, and only board replacement is acceptable
Contact the manufacturer from whom you made the purchase, or find another manufacturer of heat exchangers; they should be able to provide the plates needed. If the selection is not appropriate, the plates can easily get damaged, but the heat exchange efficiency remains quite high!
How large is it? Once we reach a certain quantity, I’ll have a mold made for you on custom order
The area of each plate is 0.45, with a plate spacing of 3. Based on this plate area, I’m aware of only one type of heat exchanger plate with an area of 0.45, namely Alfa Laval’s AC400 model; however, it’s completely different from yours. That model has 5 holes, and regarding the distance between the corner holes, I found the data on plates from HTRI. Alfa Laval’s AM10 model is similar to yours, with a plate area that’s not very different either – 290X1046, with a plate area of 0.43. But the plate spacing is different. Another possibility is that it’s a domestically produced copy of a well-known international brand’s heat exchanger plates; it’s normal for there to be slight differences in the plate area and the distance between the corner holes, possibly due to differences in manufacturing techniques or to avoid copyright issues. So I don’t know what brand yours is. You can check the label on the heat exchanger; the manufacturer’s name is usually listed there. By the way, your diagram doesn’t show the company name or the model of the heat exchanger
Original poster, may I ask what brand of heat exchanger it is? Please provide the nameplate; we are a manufacturer and can handle it. 18202112093, Tang. You can contact me
There are many manufacturers of plate heat exchangers
