The temperature difference in this working condition is not big, and the logarithmic temperature difference is not big. Each company's plate type is different. Even if you buy the same plate, the heat transfer coefficient relationship will be different. It is normal to calculate that the area difference is large.
The heat transfer coefficient in this working condition has little to do with the plate type. Just determine the heat transfer area based on the theoretical area. What is relevant is that the flow rate between the plates will be different due to the number of plates.
The process water one requires 6 square meters, while the soybean oil one requires about 42 square meters. It requires two processes. Each store's version is different, so there will be differences.
