When performing calculations for heat exchangers, in order to prevent vibration, it is necessary to add supports to the tube bundle in the inlet and outlet areas, thereby increasing the natural frequency f of the heat exchange tubes and reducing the likelihood of vibration. So I’d like to see the actual product and find out what a horizontal heat exchanger support plate looks like. I appreciate it if you could share that information with me; thank you.

Wouldn’t such supports block the flow path of the fluid in the shell side? In Figure 2, at the tail end of the U-tube, it seems that a tail support is intended to be added. In Figure 3, isn’t there any support, only baffle plates?
4th floor, Figure 1: What’s the purpose of the ring around both ends? It’s for protection against impact, but a single ring shouldn’t be enough for that. There’s no need for anti-overflow protection when feeding the entire circle. There is another perforated plate in front; it is likely the support plate. In Figure 2, the baffle structure is not visible; it is likely to be the heating core of the reboiler. But this core is a bit large. Figure 3: Standard baffle structure, with a very thick tube sheet.
