Low-pressure protection of freezer in summer

There is a chiller manufactured by Nanjing Jiuding Refrigeration, equipped with 2 compressors. The bearing of compressor #2 broke some time ago; after it was sent back to the factory for repair and reinstalled, it only worked for 2 days before a low-pressure protection alarm was triggered. What could be the cause of this? The condenser uses water from an open-type cooling tower, and given the current hot weather, the water temperature is quite high (around 43 degrees). It shouldn’t be a problem with the circulating water, right?
Possible reasons include 1. Insufficient refrigerant, 2. The throttle valve is set too low, etc
