Nantong Baida Graphite Equipment has obtained a patent for an efficient graphite heat exchanger that helps reduce maintenance and replacement costs. According to information from the Intellectual Property Office, dated August 12, 2025, Nantong Baida Graphite Equipment Co., Ltd. has been granted a patent titled “An Efficient Graphite Heat Exchanger”; the approval notice number is CN223216750U, with the application date being August 2024. The patent abstract indicates that this utility model relates to the field of heat exchange technology, and it discloses a high-efficiency graphite heat exchanger. This heat exchanger consists of an upper end cap, an outer shell, an inner shell, graphite heat exchange blocks, and a lower end cap. A heat flow inlet pipe is fixedly installed on one side of the upper end cap; a limit seat is fixedly installed at the bottom of the upper end cap, with the outer shell being movably mounted on the bottom of this limit seat. The inner shell is fixedly installed inside the outer shell, and a cooling flow inlet pipe is fixedly installed at the front end of the inner shell. The graphite heat exchange blocks are movably installed inside the inner shell. This utility model features a second positioning groove provided on the inner shell, as well as a corresponding second positioning strip installed on the surface of the graphite heat exchange block. This arrangement enables workers to easily remove and replace those graphite heat exchange blocks that are severely corroded or worn out, thereby reducing maintenance and replacement costs. Additionally, the presence of corresponding cleaning grooves and cleaning ports on the surfaces of both the outer shell and the inner shell allows workers to easily rinse the interior of the graphite heat exchange blocks with clean water.
