Due to the simple structure and easy maintenance of the conveyor rollers, they are widely used. Operators of conveyor equipment must pay attention to the upkeep and maintenance of these machines in their daily work, and lubricating the conveyor rollers is particularly important. Conveyor manufacturers generally use the following lubrication methods: 1. Monitor the temperature changes in the lubricated areas of the conveyor rollers; the temperature of the shafting should be kept within specified limits ； 2. The pressure or drive screws and nuts used in conveyors should be regularly lubricated with oil; those drive screws and nuts that are not used frequently should be sealed with oil seals ； 3. Keep the tools used for the conveyor in good condition; clean them regularly, inspect them frequently, and ensure they remain intact and clean ； 4. For the lubrication points where oil is automatically injected into the conveyor, it is necessary to regularly check the oil pressure, oil level, temperature, and the oil delivery volume of the oil pump, and address any issues that arise promptly ； 5. The conveyor lubrication operator should conduct regular inspections, paying attention to any oil leaks or abnormal changes at the lubrication points, and address any issues that are found promptly.
