(1) Specific tasks before the commissioning of the chain plate production line: 1. The connection bolts of the chain plate production line should be tightened. 2. The chain plate production line equipment should be free of any residual debris. 3. Lubricant should be applied to the nozzles of each moving part on the chain plate production line, and the reducer should be lubricated according to the instructions. 4. The electrical wiring of the chain plate production line should be thoroughly inspected. (2) Specific matters in the commissioning of the chain plate production line: 1. After all systems of the equipment on the chain plate production line have been thoroughly inspected and found to be in order, the equipment is subjected to no-load testing. Once all faults are resolved, a 10–20 hour no-load running-in test is carried out, followed by load testing with actual vehicles. 2. Check whether the teeth of the automatic sprocket, idler wheel, and traction chain on the chain plate production line are operating under normal meshing conditions. If the difference is significant, the centerline positions of the drive sprocket and the driven sprocket can be slightly adjusted by tightening the bearing seat bolts of these sprockets on the chain plate production line. 3. Adjust the chain plate production line and tighten the components to ensure that the initial tension of the second traction chain is at an appropriate level. If the initial tension of the chain plate production line is too high, it will increase power consumption ; Too little will affect the proper meshing and optimization of the sprockets and traction chain, increasing the instability in the operation of the chain plate production line. 4. Check whether all the traveling rollers on the chain plate production line are rotating properly. If there are signs of track binding or slipping, the component should be replaced or the fault fixed immediately. 5. During the operation of the chain plate production line, any signs of jamming or mechanical forced friction in the moving parts must be eliminated immediately.
