The opposite wheel under the reducer is broken. Please help analyze the cause.
The same model of equipment used in other equipment in the branch factory does not have this problem.
The centering is not good, it is stuck or the rotation friction is large.
The material of the opposite wheel is cast iron, which caused the breakage. 1. The fastening bolts are loose and collide with the holes when starting. 2. There is no cranking jam or large rotational friction during startup. 3. Media stick load. 4. SEM analysis of material manufacturing defects.
Is the cranking heavy? Is the bearing of the link broken?
