1. Galvanizing: Galvanizing is suitable for industrial equipment and facilities in industries such as light industry, instrumentation, electromechanics, agricultural machinery, and national defense. It is the most commonly used method for treating drum surfaces at present, and represents true environmentally friendly galvanizing. Compared with traditional cyanide-based zinc plating, it has the following advantages: A. The rollers do not require highly toxic cyanides, and the wastewater is easy to treat. B. The coating formed by roller plating has fine crystals, good luster, and dispersion and deep-plating capabilities similar to those of cyanide plating solutions, making it suitable for electroplating parts with complex shapes. C. The drum plating solution is stable and easy to operate. D. The rollers are non-corrosive to the equipment. E. The cost of rollers is low. 2. Roller-plated decorative chromium: Decorative chromium is mainly used in automobiles, bicycles, daily-use hardware products, household appliances, switches and controls, mechanical parts, and other equipment and facilities. Decorative chromium is produced using nickel and nickel-chromium processes to ensure product quality. Its surface is silver-white, with a brighter color than stainless steel pipes; it boasts strong corrosion resistance and excellent aesthetic properties, as well as a high reflectivity coefficient. 3. Roller hard chromium plating: Hard chromium, also known as wear-resistant chromium, enhances surface hardness and improves wear resistance, temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. Suitable for the treatment of mechanical molds, plastic molds, corrosion-resistant valves, as well as printing and textile/paper-making rollers; the surface is silver-white in color. 4. Roller rubber coating treatment: A coated roller is a rubber product made by covering a metal pipe with a rubber layer and then vulcanizing it. Compared to ordinary rollers, rubber rollers feature good elasticity, high wear resistance, resistance to acids and alkalis, oil resistance, temperature resistance, and rust prevention. Imported raw materials and adhesives are used, with the two most common types being natural rubber and nitrile rubber; the main colors are black, dark green, and light gray. 5. Roller polyurethane: A polyurethane rubber coating on the surface increases the friction coefficient, while also providing shock absorption and impact resistance, thus helping to save energy and reduce noise. Imported raw materials are used, along with advanced computer-controlled casting machines, which greatly eliminates the quality instability associated with manual casting. Available in pale yellow, red, and fruit green; hardness can be adjusted according to different requirements. It has good wear resistance as well as excellent acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance. The thickness is generally 5-20 mm. 6. Teflon: Also known as PTFE, Teflon is a fluorinated coating based on polytetrafluoroethylene as its matrix resin. It is a unique high-performance special coating that possesses non-stick properties, heat resistance (it can withstand high temperatures of up to 260 degrees for short periods; it can be used continuously at temperatures between 180-200 degrees), slipperiness, moisture resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. It is mainly applicable to the plastic industry, textile industry, food industry, and chemical industry, and is primarily available in black and dark green colors. In logistics conveying systems, custom manufacturing of non-standard drums such as end-drive rollers, tension rollers, drums specifically designed for stackers, rubber-coated rollers, rollers used for rolling steel sheets, and drums with knurling on their surfaces can be carried out according to the customer’s design specifications.
