A power-free conveying roller machine is a type of equipment used in food processing; it is typically employed for transporting raw materials, semi-finished products, or processed foods, and its operation is very simple. In large production companies, food processing is very necessary for them. For devices like this, the issue of installation is a problem that cannot be ignored. If the gravity-fed conveyor roller system is not properly installed, it will directly affect food production; in severe cases, it can also cause unnecessary complications and pose a risk to the safety of the operators. For any mechanical equipment, its components are installed in stages, and the same is true for power-free conveyor rollers. First, the front half of the conveyor roller unit needs to be installed, starting with the frame; the installation of the frame must begin at the initial section, followed by the installation of the intermediate frames in sequence, and finally the rear frame is installed. Previously, the device was required to draw a center line along the entire length of the power-free conveyor roller machine, in order to maintain the center line of the conveyor; having a straight line is an important condition for the conveyor belt to operate properly. Therefore, the frame of each section of the device must be aligned with the center line of the driveless conveyor roller machine, and scaffolding is used for leveling; however, there can be a slight deviation from this center line, of up to plus or minus 0.1 mm per meter. If there is a significant error, it will affect the proper operation of such equipment. It is also not conducive to the use of power-free conveyor rollers. After a brief introduction to the installation issues related to non-powered conveyor rollers, it becomes clear that before using such devices, it is necessary to resolve these installation problems first. Only by properly installing the equipment can it be used effectively, thereby demonstrating the performance of its conveyor rollers.
