Requirements for the maintenance site Mnemonic: Three cleans and three lines; nothing exposed to the sky and nothing on the ground Three cleans: A clean area where work is stopped, a clean maintenance area, and a clean area ready for resuming work ; Three lines: one line for tools, one line for accessories and parts, and one line for materials ; Three things not exposed to light: lubricants are not exposed to light, cleaned parts are not exposed to light, and precision measuring tools are not exposed to light ; Three no-lands: Tools and measuring instruments must not touch the ground, disassembled parts must not touch the ground, and oil stains and dirt must not touch the ground. 3. Personnel: Three Understandings, Four Abilities, Four Qualities Mnemonic Four Abilities: Ability to operate, ability to maintain, ability to troubleshoot faults ; Four understandings: understanding the structure, understanding the performance, understanding the principle, and understanding the application ; Four essentials: a plan for work, a strategy for action, confirmation at each step, and a summary afterward. 4. Six strict requirements for tasks Mnemonic: (1) Strictly implement the shift handover system. (2) Conduct thorough routine inspections. (3) Strictly control process parameters. (4) Strictly follow the operating procedures (forms). (5) Strictly abide by labor discipline. (6) Strictly enforce safety regulations. 5. Six Prohibitions for Working with Open Flames Mnemonic: (1) Working with open flames is prohibited without an approved permit. (2) Welding is prohibited if reliable isolation from the production system cannot be ensured. (3) No cleaning; if the replacement is unsatisfactory, welding is prohibited. (4) Firework use is prohibited without removing surrounding flammable materials. (5) Hot work is prohibited if a hot work analysis is not conducted on time. (6) Without fire protection measures, welding is prohibited. 6. Eight requirements for entering the container: (1) Approval must be obtained by applying for relevant permits. (2) Safety isolation must be implemented. (3) The power supply must be cut off, and safety lighting must be used. (4) Exhaust ventilation must be carried out. (5) Safety analyses must be conducted at specified intervals. (6) Required protective equipment must be worn. (7) Someone must monitor from outside the container and remain on duty. (8) Emergency rescue measures must be in place. 7. Fourteen prohibitions in the factory area Mnemonic: (1) Strengthen control over open flames; smoking is prohibited within the factory area. (2) Minors are not allowed to enter the production area. (3) Sleeping, engaging in personal tasks, leaving one’s post, or doing anything unrelated to production is not allowed during working hours. (4) Alcohol is prohibited before and during the shift. (5) It is prohibited to use flammable liquids to clean equipment, utensils, and clothing. (6) Those who do not wear protective equipment as required are not allowed to enter the production area. (7) Equipment without complete safety devices shall not be used. (8) Equipment and tools that are not under one’s own responsibility shall not be used. (9) Maintenance work shall not commence if safety measures are not implemented. (10) Equipment that has been shut down for maintenance must not be put back into use without a thorough inspection. (11) It is prohibited to work at heights without a high-altitude work permit, without wearing a safety belt, or when the scaffolding or stepping boards are not secure. (12) Work is not permitted if a scaffold is not properly secured on the asbestos shingles. (13) Electric tools without installed electric shock protection devices must not be used. (14) Employees who do not hold a safety operation certificate are not allowed to work independently; employees in special types of jobs are not permitted to work without obtaining such a certificate.
