The Z41Y-100I valves used by the unit are leaking during operation

The Z41Y-160I valve bodies used by our company are made of F5 material; the medium handled is ethane, and the operating temperature is 60 degrees. Leakage occurred during use, and it took 3 days from the time the valve was installed until leakage started. Since the pipes were subjected to third-party ultrasonic testing and cold-pressure testing prior to replacement, no leakage was detected in the valve bodies. To address this issue, I need the help of all fellow practitioners on the HaiChuan path – where does the problem lie?

Do the other valves in the system where this pipe is located also exhibit sweating? What is the pressure of the medium in the pipeline? Ethane can be used as a refrigerant; the poster should check whether there is any leakage of gas from the valves, which could cause the temperature of those valves to drop below the ambient temperature and lead to sweating
There is a slight leak that causes sweating; it is possible to detect whether there is a minor leakage； Additionally, a large difference in pressure before and after the valve can also cause this issue.
