Finally, the length and width of each component of the stainless steel mesh belt must also be specified. Finally, the total length of the stainless steel mesh belt is determined. The steel wires used for the manufacturing of stainless steel mesh belt accessories require treatment as soon as they arrive at the factory, followed by processing on machinery and winding to form the mesh belt. A section of the formed stainless steel mesh belt wire is cut according to the diagram of the stainless steel mesh belt, to ensure the width of each section of the belt. After cutting a section from the stainless steel mesh belt that has been wound into shape, the stainless steel mesh belts are woven together according to the customer’s requirements, so that all the shaped stainless steel mesh belts are connected as one. The edge treatment of stainless steel mesh belts: Once the stainless steel mesh belts are formed by winding the wires together to create semi-finished products, it is necessary to carry out edge treatment on these connected belts. The appropriate methods for this purpose include welding, bending back, welding with screws, as well as adding chains, chain plates, and link pieces.
