Gentle experts, what are the methods used to measure the internal clearance of ball bearings and roller bearings?； When measuring the internal clearance, what impact does the presence of grease inside have on the measurement results, and is that impact significant? ； When the outer ring of the bearing and the bearing housing are fitted with a clearance fit, can a feeler gauge be used to measure the clearance between the bearing housing and the outer ring of the bearing? If it is possible to do so, which result is more accurate: that obtained using a feeler gauge or that obtained using a micrometer? Use lead wire; it’s best to clean the bearings thoroughly before making measurements. The micrometer has high precision. A feeler gauge is only for rough measurement. Is it a clearance fit for the outer ring of the bearing, QJ series?
