The equipment parameters are shown in the diagram below: Metallization tank – dimensions: diameter 1000X2830, volume = 1.5 m3. Metallization storage tank – dimensions: diameter 1600X3550, volume = 1.5 m3. Recovery tank – dimensions: diameter 1000X1500, volume = 1.2 m3. Do these dimensions refer to from one end cap to the other? If so, the volumes would be higher than indicated. It still refers to the total height

The external dimensions generally refer to the maximum outline dimensions, which are used for packaging, transportation, and determining the required installation space. The actual volume should not be calculated based on these nominal dimensions; especially in the case of pressure vessels, which have many arcs and rounded corners, and may also have spaces occupied by pipelines and other components inside. As a result, the actual volume is much smaller. This varies depending on the complexity of the equipment and the regularity of its shape, with the volume being specified by the manufacturer.
