Precautions for using an actual gelatinometer: 1. The instrument should be placed on a stable and solid work surface free from flammable and explosive materials, and the working environment should be well-ventilated and dry. 2. This instrument is designed for high-temperature and high-pressure operations; it generates high temperatures on its surface and inside, as well as high pressures in its gas pipelines. When handling samples or installing and removing components, protective tools should be used, or the operation should be carried out only after the instrument has fully cooled down and all gases within the pipelines have been released, to prevent accidents! Warning: This is an instrument used for high-temperature and high-pressure tests; please use it with caution to avoid accidents! 3. The test holes in the evaporation bath are made of aluminum, and cleaning them should not damage their surface. Warning: 1. The steam boiler is a high-pressure steam generator; it must be used, maintained, serviced, and inspected in accordance with the instructions provided for steam boilers, to ensure its safe use. 2. In the event of a malfunction in the instrument, the power supply should be turned off immediately. Wait until the instrument has cooled down completely and all high-pressure gas has been released; only then should a professional be called to repair it and eliminate the fault before the instrument can be used again, in order to prevent accidents.
